Roof Repair · Florida

Roof repair, before it spreads.

Leaks, lifted shingles, broken tile, blown flashing, storm-tarp emergencies — diagnosed and repaired with our lifetime workmanship warranty backing the work.

Most roof leaks do not show up where the breach actually is — water travels along framing, across underlayment, and out a ceiling stain ten feet from the source. A real repair starts with finding the source, which is why every Quality Plus repair call begins with a roof inspection — drone where it makes sense, hands-on where it does not. We document what we find with photos before any work starts so you know exactly what is being repaired and why.

What we repair

  • Shingle leaks — wind-lifted, cracked, or missing shingles on Owens Corning, GAF, or Tamko roofs.
  • Tile leaks — broken or slipped concrete and clay tile on Eagle, Westlake, or New Point systems.
  • Metal roof repairs — fastener failures, sealant failures, panel damage.
  • Flashing repairs — chimney, dormer, skylight, and wall transitions.
  • Pipe boot replacement — common Florida-sun failure point on older roofs.
  • Storm tarp service — emergency response to keep water out until the permanent repair.

Repair vs. replacement — an honest answer

If your roof is past the end of its useful life — multiple active leaks, repeated patches by previous contractors, granule loss across the field — we will tell you on the inspection. The conversation always happens on the roof, with photos, before any invoice is written. If repair is still the right call, you get a written scope and a price; repairs start at $399 and most calls schedule within the same week.

Insurance-driven repairs

Single-storm wind or hail damage often qualifies under your homeowner policy. We document the damage with drone imagery, sign a contingency, file with your carrier, and submit the supplement for items they missed — code requirements, overlooked materials. The FL-627.7152 statute protects you through this process, and we make sure those rights are honored. Your deductible is yours; the back-and-forth is ours.

Warranty

Every repair we perform is backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty. We are licensed and insured under CCC1336409. Phones are answered Mon–Sun 8am–6pm with after-hours fallback for active leaks; same-day appointments are available when the schedule allows.
