If the roof is older or already on the replacement timeline, installing solar on top of an aging roof means paying twice — once now to install, again later to remove and reinstall every panel when the roof goes. How a solar project runs
- Inspection — we walk the roof and review your last 12 months of utility usage.
- Design — we size the system to your actual roof and your actual usage.
- Agreement and financing — Enhancify offers 0% rates from $1,000 to $200,000 for qualified buyers.
- Permits — pulled in our company name, posted on your premises.
- Installation — solar mounts integrated with the roof system, not bolted through it.
- Final inspection — Certificate of Completion + magnetic sweep + warranty start.
Warranty
Every solar install carries our lifetime workmanship warranty on both the panel mounting and the roof penetrations. Panels and inverters carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that. Phones are open Mon–Sun 8am–6pm. We are licensed and insured under CCC1336409.
