Quality Plus Roofing & Solar handles residential roof replacements across shingle, tile, and metal systems — installed and warrantied by a woman-owned, fully licensed contractor (CCC1336409) with 20+ years of hands-on Florida roofing experience. Every replacement we run starts with a drone-documented inspection and ends with a Certificate of Completion you keep for your records and your insurance file.
How a residential replacement works
Whether your project is insurance-driven or out-of-pocket, the work itself is the same: we tear off the old roof, inspect the deck, install new underlayment and flashing, and lay the system you choose. Build days run 1–3 days on-site depending on roof size and weather, and a typical insurance project runs about 2–8 weeks from the initial agreement to the final certificate. Day-to-day on the build, your project is staged so the property stays safe and the cleanup ends with a magnetic sweep across the yard, drives, and walkways for any stray nails.
Materials we install
- Architectural and 3-tab asphalt shingle — Owens Corning, GAF, Tamko.
- Concrete and clay tile — Eagle, Westlake, New Point.
- Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal in factory-finished colors.
- TPO and modified-bitumen for low-slope sections of mixed-roof homes.
Insurance and out-of-pocket projects
For insurance claims we sign an Initial Agreement and a contingency that lets us speak directly with your carrier. We help you read your policy and your deductible, file the supplement for items the carrier missed, and walk every step of the FL-627.7152 statute that protects Florida homeowners during a claim. For retail (out-of-pocket) projects we start with a satellite measurement, send you a written estimate, and verify on-site before any deposit. Payment runs on a 50/40/10 schedule; we accept Square, credit, debit, and check, and Enhancify financing offers 0% rates from $1,000 up to $200,000 for qualified buyers.
Warranty
Every residential roof we install carries our lifetime workmanship warranty — if anything we installed leaks, drifts, or lifts in a non-storm event, we come back and fix it. The shingle, tile, or metal manufacturer covers their own product on top of that. New customers can take $1,000 off their first roof replacement when they book with us. Phones are answered Mon–Sun 8am–6pm, with after-hours fallback for active leaks.
